Please make sure you have done this 2 points before riding :
- Pulled the roll lock down (parking safety brake) before accelerating, or the scooter won’t move.
- Don’t hit the brake while.
Payment can be done directly at the hub station.
Yes, abolutely! Our rentals are available for hourly, 12 hour, 24 hour, weekly and monthly. For long-term rent, you can get a voucher from our Hub partners for a more economical price.
Yes, you need to have a driving license to rent as per Indonesia’s Goverment rules. Please provide us with your driving license during your registration process at the Hub.

Please return the scooter, key and helmet to the same hub station where you pick up the ride.
Log in to the app, navigate to settings, scroll down and tap the button to request deletion of your account at the bottom or send us an email at support@voy.co.id using the same e-mail address you used to sign up to our service, with the subject “Account Deletion”, and “I hereby confirm I would like my account to be deleted” on the email message.
